Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on SPONSOR                     
SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 71 "An Act relating to                          
emergency medical services; and repealing obsolete references to the           
Statewide Health Coordinating Council and health systems agencies."            
Without objection, it was so ordered.

to the Finance Committee.
